Lower salary than I’m used to- but great commission to earn!

Pros

The business is great to work for, with many benefits. Good progression opportunities within the company, and very supportive management team! Staff morale is always very high, and can create good relationships with colleagues.

Cons

Historically have been understaffed, however have recently hired a large volume of people with has boosted staff morale and service levels.
