I have been working at Awin full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

A really friendly place to work, with some incredible people. Loads of training on offer, with support to find material for anything we don't cover, around the industry, skills development, and even health and wellbeing. We have an approachable senior leadership team who are really happy to listen to everyone and take feedback and ideas on board. In fact, Awin is quite inclusive and there's always a team in one of our territories working on something fun, like a quiz, cooking lesson, workout, or even an Easter Egg hunt, that all of our global teams can join in on. The work in our client facing roles is really varied, interesting, and you're never micro-managed; if you want to manage your work in a certain way, propose a new project, or recommend new strategy to your clients you're able to do so. As much as your work is designed to help clients grow and develop their affiliate programmes, it's also there to help you develop your key marketing and personal skills. Staff development is a key focus for Awin, and you'll always have access to training, mentoring, and advice from your line managers and the wider Awin teams. We have the 4 day week which has been brilliant in maintaining a much healthier work/life balance.

    Cons

I can't think of any at all!

I have been working at Awin full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

The combination of technology and marketing means there's a lot of exciting projects going on. Awin is a great place to develop and apply a digital expertise. In the past there was a perception that Awin was a career launchpad but you can make a career here if you are excited by digital marketing. The four day week (being trialled) is an unbeatable benefit and the focus on employee wellbeing is something that doesn't always exist in our sector.

    Cons

The pay available is below the market rate within client facing roles compared to other similar companies and transferable roles within other types of companies. The company also struggles with employee and manager diversity (although a taskforce is working on this). I believe not enough work has been done here historically but I'm hoping this will change.

I have been working at Awin full-time for less than a year

    Pros

They pride themselves on their staff and ensure that their staff have all that they need to do their job. All staff are approachable, helpful and will go above and beyond to assist. Great work life balance including introducing a 4 day working week. Ability to work remote and/or locate to any of their global locations Company training is the best I have seen

    Cons

Pay isn't as high as some companies but the benefits outweigh this con, so can't really think of any.
