      Good culture within some teams, A fair amount of leeway within work structure

      No advancement opportunities, lots of office politics, ignorant senior management, guess work with annual bonus (if we get one), no yearly appraisals,

      Nice company to work, great environment, Good structure , HR & payroll very supportive . Admin team also willing to help. All the conditions offered to deliver a good performance , salary on time every month.
