      Good company, looks out for you. Lots of hours to be made

      Toxic management, will give you a pat on the back, then talk trash about you after working 20 hours of over and doing what needs to be done.

      Axis 100% has a people-first culture. Leadership is supportive, accessible, and genuinely invested in employee success, with a clear understanding that happy, supported employees deliver the best customer experience. The team has a strong work ethic and is always willing to support one another through new or unfamiliar situations. There is a genuine sense of ownership throughout the organization through the TOP (Team Ownership Program), which fosters accountability, trust, and pride in our work. Joining Axis in early 2025 has been an extremely refreshing and welcome change after coming from a Fortune 500 company.

      Cons

      Truly, there are no cons I can think of. Axis is in a growth phase, which means the environment requires adaptability and comfort with evolving processes. It’s an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy problem-solving and helping shape the company as it continues to grow!

      I used Axis Air as a provider for portable units for over 5 years and just started here but I as an employee I could not be happier.
