      good exposure to different clients , including national and multi national.

      Thank you for your review. Had there been a detailed reason to elaborate, we could have address them well here. You have been saying good client exposure but not sure, why this negative outlook. As mentioned earlier, consulting nature of work doesn't always allow the freedom to rotate people at will. There are contractual obligations to be adhered. However, wee are committed to make our employees exposed to different projects / skills / verticals.

      Pros

      Great learning and growth opportunities. Flexi working style which helps to balance personal life to some extent. Great gender diversity. Have been here for more than 5 years and have been exposed to various industries, types of work. Had opportunity to interact with global internal control / audit leaders of multi billion $ conglomerates. Very bold - as it is a young company, you get to experiment and learn and innovate.

      Cons

      due to global nature of clients, there is lot of stretch in terms of work hours, travel etc. But this is not too big a con for a young professional - pushes you to learn quicker.
