UK culture followed, 5 days working, decisions are not taken by 1 person, self-funded firm. XS CAD doesn't believe in hire & fire policy.

Cons

Transportation cost is given to the employee but no buses or shuttle services available.

Pros

decent work environment, decent exposes when it comes to work, work life balance is okay -okay. salary on time, 5 days working, early morning shift, indoor games.

Cons

1. Not much of the benefits beside the PF and Insurance (bare minimum). 2. Growth in terms of salary is very slow. the annual appraisal percentage is low. 3. lot of internal politics (personal experience) which is common every firm has but here there is a lot of bias behavior. 4. they will spend lakhs on the festival celebration of a one day but won't give you a reasonable hike. i believe most of the employees are very under paid except the managers.
