      - Impressed with the caliber of clients - since Axoni works with some of the largest financial services organizations, especially given its size - Lean organization helps people learn quickly - teaches people to assume responsibility in their roles and be held accountable - Leadership is happy to have 1x1s and chat any time - the CEO has office hours that's open to the firm every week
