Pros

Nice, friendly teams. Juniors especially, are keen to learn. Not a stuffy attitude.

Cons

Leadership are disconnected and do not like to listen and heed feedback. Management will be hierarchical and there is a patriarchal culture … very much “do what I say”. This conflicts with the character’s of experienced, passionate hires who cannot implement change. Ones mental health will suffer.

Pros

Poor training, poor culture, less than average salary, but workload is never ending.

Cons

My manager is out of his depth, no proper answers or support when we need it and goes missing. Benefits are non existent. The brand has a terrible reputation and everybody is overworked. The business actually boasts how much money they make while running teams in to the ground, horrible atmosphere.
