Toxic culture, too little qualified professionals, who could actually share the knowledge, a lot of personal attitudes and protection for totally unqualified people, professional growth is also based purely on good relations with seniors. That's why there's so many people for who this company is their first and last job in life.

low salaries, not enough transparency from employer

No work life balance Horrible team. Experience at Aztec really depends on the team that you are allocated to. The team that I work with have managers that are incompetent and not supportive at all. Not so clear about long term career within Aztec as managers often not transparent about it which is quite demotivating. Objectives are set to be shot termism for you to work there. Micromanaging people adding unnecessarily pressure to people at an already pressuring time. It did very bad to people mental health as you’re constantly under high pressure at all times!

Change in upper management seems to have derailed everything that was good about the business and has nosedived it into a profit before people business.

Long hours, very intense and inconsistent management
