      This year company comes in new speed of growth and energy and this is showing on the company environment and employees faces. -- I like the coordination between team members -- i like way of software execution handled -- my Favorite thing, whenever there is cricket match of INDIA we all watch withing company with speaker with every one. -- I dont know about salary issue that mentioned in few comment but i am working with this company since last 7months and since that No one face this kind of issue, we all are satisfied

      Few cones are there like -- testing department is small -- they should hire more candidate

      IT companies are many in jaipur but b24 is having few unique featurs like they have have understandable HR like they have fabulous environment like now work pressure

      All task and its working are not hard bind with process. seniors are every free to execute their project on their way

      Pros

      After leaving that company i am able to understand that why this company is superb... Its having very small targets for employee so they can be work in less stress. They are care about mantle pressure as compare to other company. My current company seniors are always standing over my head and make pressure for coding, but in b24 they just told me that do that task for the day in your way.\, and that is every employee wants.
