      Pros

      Need a green card? Don't speak English? Will work 15 hour days with no compensation? HIRED!

      Cons

      I'm guessing the owner is asking her current employees to write positive reviews to offset the negative ones! This place is a terrible place to work. Run like a Chinese sweat shop, employees are expected to work over time with no compensation. Heaven forbid you try to find employment somewhere else, she will threaten you with deportation! BACL hires desperate people and exploits them. Avoid employment here at all cost. Unless the alternative is the unemployment line. Still. Avoid this place at all cost!

      Work Culture is toxic. Can tell a lot of people are unhappy. Management act like dictators. They like to micromanagement everyone and speak to people as if they are toddlers. A lot of backstabbers and snitching to get ahead.
