      Fellow colleagues are friendly and genuinely care about each other

      There is no work life balance. Also not a lot of room for growth and it’s really difficult to get a wage rise.

      Nepotism. If you’re Scottish you’ll do ok. Long work for little pay. No work life balance. No bonus. Little regard to mental health. Poor training.
