      1. People dont know what they are doing 2. No teamwork 3. "One Bartec" a far fetch dream 4. No system, automation. Everything is manual as if its 1998

      It’s a toxic place where employees either resign or get fired, thanks to all the drama and politics.

      AWS provided only, thats all Pros.

      Cons

      1. New hires don’t last more than half a year — they either get fired or forced to resign with no compensation. 2. People get yelled at everywhere, for everything. 3. The server system is so bad that problems can take up to a month to fix. 4. One person has to handle other departments’ mess like we’re their babysitters.
