Pros

Job security is good. CEO is great, very trustworthy. Excellent FSE's in the field, willing to help one another. Opportunity to expand into other modalities is there if you want it. Middle management is approachable and responsive. 401(k) company match 50% up to 6% of your pay. Company is growing.

Cons

Over the past five years the variable comp (revenue based commissions) percentages has been slowly but surely reduced. Pay raises are very few and far between. Cost of health insurance goes up, while benefits decrease. A certain member of the senior management is a hot-head. Will lash out at an employee in front of other employees if they disagree with anything of the decisions he's made; unprofessional behavior for someone at that high a level of management. But this is an isolated individual. The rest of the senior staff has been much better.
