Livable wages. Flex time. Friendliness of the staff and leadership.

Cons

Hourly pay rather than salary. Some evening and weekend hours required. Large, slow moving company that in relatively unresponsive to individual ideas.

Your close coworkers are family, just great people to work with.

Cons

Upper management constantly demands and expects excellent work but they refuse to increase pay. Increase of workload but no recognition from upper managements.
