Learning to manage politics professionally is a skill that adaptable employees will need to learn, and we do recommend taking these few steps to respond if you come across workplace saboteurs: 1. Talk to the person directly, but in a non-confrontational manner 2. Think thoroughly about the issue 3. If necessary, escalate the issue to HR department or higher Management to solve As HR professionals, we hope employee do not remain silent or ignore the issue completely.
