      Pros

      - You might get chance to explore new technologies/tools as here architecture keeps on changing very frequently - Peers are helpful and friendly.

      Cons

      - NO Work life balance. Working late and working weekends will become normal thing. - Business is still struggling - No flexibility in working hours. You might get LOP if you reach a bit late. - TL/Managers lacks required technical knowledge. As a result, product is full of bugs. - Even after working hard in fast paced hustle culture, you might end up getting hike way lesser than market standards. BIK was formely known as Bikayi.       So called immature CEO will take random decisions anytime. Reading articles on startups and deciding the revenue targets basis those articles. Lol

      Great immediate seniors in the company, nice people

      Cons

      Leadership is not good at taking decisions, shouting at people is normal here and the hard and good work is always the least important thing they consider in an employee
