      Pros

      Great work location at the center. Almost free lunch. You have to work with a lot of partners, broad your connections and everlasting changing technology.

      Cons

      Too much pressure form the top management, too many meaningless auditing, too much responsibilities with no means to address problems like hiring new staff or motivate the current ones with little salary increases.

      The service I had from Bkt branch in piazza is excellent

      1.The staff explains excellently the process and she made it easy to proceed with card issue. 2.The bank gave me the new debit card in a day. 3.The branch manager helped me with the issues I had by taking the right ticket in the line.She was well behaved and patient,even though I tented to interrupt her during her work. 4.The personal banker was also very positive,fast,helpful,explains easily the transaction.
