      - Good pay - snackies & drinks in the office. - decent work life balance.

      Cons

      - terrible management. - people with very limited technical knowledge leading very technical teams which sadly eventually Leeds to its demice. - quiet sad senior/exec level office polítics. - very poor way of handling redundancies -terrible or no communication from upper management on key business desitions.

      Pros

      It's a job! Great aspirations previously. Some good people.

      Cons

      Money bad, bonus and pay rises pathetic. No repercussion for bad performance and behaviours. Management very poor. Not a people company they believe they are! Nobody is prepared to sort anything out.
