International environment, English is used most of the time. Company offers language courses, plus a decent monthly lunch allowance. Company car benefit is the most useful one where you can drive latest BMW cars of your choice. You get test track trainings from BMW driver academy

Cons

Growth opportunites can be limited. Often you are subjected to similar work and project unless you take your own initiative. Work silos are very common
