      Very educating (not in a good way)

      Pros

      If you ever work here, you will greatly appreciate any other job you have afterwards. Benefits are great also. Great non-salaried co-workers in maintenance.

      Cons

      Numbers first. Safety second. So many of the machines have "jumpers" wired in the circuits that it is very complicated to troubleshoot the machinery. Preventive maintenance is imaginary. Parts inventory is minimal.

      The only pro is the Co-workers very friendly and accepting.

      Cons

      Management, management, management. It's a very unsafe place. Very hot very dirty. Pay is not good for the environment and the unsafe environment. They seem to want contract maintenance instead of full time employment. They don't care about you and only the wheels. I highly recommend running and running really fast away from this place!
