Greedy and selfish management team

I honestly have no idea how they are still in business. I have been with quite a few companies over the years, but I have never experienced such a dysfunctional business as this or been so stressed out. For a company that does remodels, renovations, and repairs to not have someone in leadership who at least understands that business is just crazy, especially when they sure don't listen to the people who do. The CEO claims she knows, but everyone knows that's a joke. Everyone is scared of the CEO. I have never seen the books or in leadership meetings, but something suspicious is going on there. You can tell that most of the leadership is just following her lead and will not stand up to her because she'll just replace them with someone who will just say yes to everything she says. You are certainly not valued here unless you are on the leadership team and are a yes person.
