Higher management doesn't delegate or give their teams opportunity to participate in the decision making process. They hire talented people but they don't give them a chance to bring up their ideas and share their experience. Total control, which makes everything fail again and again. No equity and absence of integrity. Higher management doesn't lead by expample. no respect towards policies, there are always exceptions for some preferred people.

Some groups of people are obviously favoured to lead even when lacking communication skills, people skill and empathy. Very archaic system of leave and not pro family. FM rude and biased towards a certain ethnic group. Set rules which can be broken by one group but not the other. Disrespectful when communicating but will suck up to higher level mgmt.
