A very progressive, proactive company that cares for and looks after all its employees, with clients always at the heart of everything we do. Talent and a desire to progress is always recognised and nurtured; with a work/ life balance heavily promoted and encouraged. A company that has grown and is growing due to the success and achievements of talented and enthuiastic colleagues - each with an important part to play, driven by a passionate senior management team. Lockdown has not held us back - we "upped sticks" overnight to work remotely and our growth has continued throughout, with the acquisition of some star talent and amazing clients. Even though we all work hard - there is plenty of fun and fundraising events - with or without lockdown the spirit prevails!
