B Virtual is a great company to work for! Everybody goes above and beyond to make the company and it's employees successful

Cons

Sometimes it can be hard getting to know your co workers since everyone works from home, but they are really trying to make a positive "work place"

Pros

Great work from home experience and I learned a lot about a field I knew nothing about. It was fun to be in the ground floor and have input in the employee climate.

Cons

Like any young company it had its growing pains but has managed to weather the storm of scheduling and breaks.

B Virtual offers work time flexibility. It does have a knowledgeable upper staff and there is opportunity to grow with(in) the company. It has hard working employees and last but not least, it is in constant improvement pursuit across the board.

Cons

B Virtual has incredible potentials in every aspect and its biggest con is and will always be to not carve it out.
