      Pros

      Big brand name that sells itself well. Good work life balance (sort of) and good benefits (other than salary)

      Cons

      Below average compensation! No pay rise for 2 years and poor bonuses! Highly political environment (personal favors will bring you far and conformity will keep you alive). Individuals are heavily penalized for early products of new initiatives. Not accepting towards diversity and no respect for different cultures. Strong financials but keep looking for ways to retrench.

      Flexi Hours (Used to be).

      Cons

      Low Pay, Danish Bosses who prefer Danish Staff (Second tier citizen in own country), SGD 700 bonus for 2016 whole year, no 13 month AWS, No Pay rise for 2 years in a row even though bosses have butlers, drivers and take home bonuses. STRONG financials but they still fire in order to "Right Size"

      proactive colleagues and flexible hours for work life balance

      Cons

      Danish CEO and crew demotivates staff by acting differently from their promises. Company management and staff are looking elsewhere for better leadership.
