      Real sustainable growth and traction Founders with a solid balance of backgrounds Generally great culture and well rounded team Fun to work at the intersection of real estate and tech and learn both Great feeling where you can still have an impact on what's happening but it's clear we are on to something!

      No real cons, genuinely wish I could be involved in every part of the company!

      * entrepreneurial culture * impact driven mission/vision * WFH * competitive comp * incredible communication

      Cons

      * WFH can have it's challenges. I wish I got to see my teammates more in person. We currently do company and team offsites, quarterly.
