This was a great place to work for people passionate about research. The team is diverse and inclusive, which makes for a really interesting work environment. I appreciated the autonomy we had to drive our own projects. The company's mission and values were/are clear, and I saw them reflected in the work we did. While things got busy, the supportive atmosphere and accessible senior people made you feel like you could make a difference while learning. It was also just a fun group” Also, it is disappointing to see a couple of short-termers have such a large voice on Glassdoor. This is a workplace that the vast majority really appreciate.
