      Pros

      Flexible working hours and the pay was quite good.

      Cons

      Most of the commission was not paid and when taking it up with the supervisor she would say nothing could be done.

      some people are really nice, especially the development department. Nice offices.

      Awful bro culture from the management people, unclear directions to work on projects and low salaries.
