Until now salary is credited to bank account on time. Airport pickup and drop off is prompt. Accommodation provided is fair.
Cons
Low salary for the same post considering the other companies . No HR support for the employees. Offered free ticket , but it is only for halfway, for the other half we have to pay from your pocket, Be careful. Vehicle loan never ends. Actual designation and your visa designation will not have any link as a result during ministry checking you have to run for life. Punching for some category of staffs, Punching after office hours is waived off. You will be forced to work 10+ hrs without any compensation. Forget about the family life when virtually there is no holidays for the company. Getting annual leave is a herculean task, till last moment you will not get sanction. Bonus and promotion is only for the non performing support divisions like finance and IT, those who work overnight in the field without extra payment are neglected for any appreciation. Holding employees passport illegally, allowed admin staff to manipulate financial forgery with passport, Finance, Audit , admin and HR departments could not find out the forgery for years. Many incidents were there for missing passports
