The U.K. business (now defunct) was full of nice people with genuine purpose.

Randy (CEO) is a cold, psychopath, devoid of personality, empathy or any strategic ability who seems to actively enjoy slashing jobs at Christmas time. He’s created a ‘yes man’ culture where everyone fears for their job.
