Great colleagues, smart and nice people with great PERSONAL values who come in to work here and you can make great friends.
Cons
Highest management doesn't really care about the employees and are always looking for ways to get rid of the uncomfortable ones. Even if your results are great, if you are protecting your rights as employee or support others - causing any trouble at all to the company or its managers means you have no future here. You are either with them or you become a personal enemy. Until highest management changes and proper business values are introduced at the highest level I would not recommend this company neither as a place to work or buy services from. Just ask around and you will hear many many stories proving this.
