-Great benefits such as yearly bonuses & medical cover -Good salary range dependent on experience -Great working environment -Great exposure to key industries of Agriculture infused with technology & Telecommunications within the same company.
Cons
-No opportunity for growth as the management only gave expatriates the high-level jobs even within the Africa region. -When I left, it was due to a toxic work environment as the management changed and this contributed to 75% staff turn-over. It's my hope things have changed.
