      Get to work with some cool people, base pay is good, good diversity of people, the work/life balance is good

      Cons

      Fire people left right and centre. Hire people then fire them just before the 6 month probation is over. Management are very sneaky. You will have anxiety the whole time you are there questioning if today could be your last day in work. Also commission doesn't get paid (its not much anyway). No progression either,
