1. Transportation facility. 2. Convenient office location (for head office employees only). 3. Partially subsidized food (not recommended though). 4. Partial flexibility in work hours. 5. Good technical learning facilities. 6. Good exposure to market for sales professionals.

Cons

1. Little to no recognition of effort, which comes from the management's overconfidence in the brand name. 2. Subpar salary, extremely low potential of career growth, nepotism in almost every recruitment. 3. Toxic environment, mostly due to bureaucracy and office politics. 4. Academically inadequate employees (including managers). There are managers who cannot even spell the word manager. 5. Incompetent HR.
