All of my coworkers were great

Overworked. Underpaid. Raises are almost nonexistent. No room to grow. No diversity in upper management. PTO is terrible. Technology is outdated. Email never works. Management isn’t open to new suggestions or ideas. Outdated processes and systems make it hard to do your job. No work/life balance. They pretty much took a crap on their employees in a global pandemic and forced us to come into the office with no additional compensation or even so much as a Thank You. Employees don’t stay long except for the old people who are used to old tech.

May be okay for a temporary or part-time job.

Cons

Not a good choice for a career! Salaries are capped, once you get there, you will never see a raise again. Healthcare costs for employees are ridiculously high. No annual review/ merit increase process in place. Full time employees are being let go and replaced with part time. High attrition rate, very low morale.

Senior Management talk down to people doesn’t appreciate employees and doesn’t treat them as professionals - teamwork ks non existent it’s every man for himself - Executive Management is a pencil pusher not a leader turnover is gasping
