Good benefits (pension, breakfast/lunch, 36-hour work week, equipment, extra vacation week) Treated well by co-workers and management A lot of complex and interesting tasks (doesn't get boring)

Cons

The pay can be a little low compared to what I would get if I changed place of work (not including the benefits which honestly are pretty cool) Some departments have way to many meetings

Great culture. People are very friendly and eager to help each other out. Room for both professional ambitions and personal priorities. The company as a whole is transforming from a classical data center to a true tech company. Both in its identity and ways of working.

Cons

Quality of work enviroments vary from office location to office locations. There's two different subgroups in the company; the old guard with +25 years and a newer group with other educational backgrounds and beliefs.
