Lack of leadership or organisational structure in the London office. Absolutely zero training, you are expected to come in and know everything and to start delivering pretty much immediately. Or they will fire you without hesitation or explanation. The London office is a toxic work environment, whoever literally shouts the loudest and over colleagues tends to do well. They can't execute what they promise, signing up clients and getting them to buy in to the product is easy. Getting them through implementation and compliance is pretty much impossible due to the lack of process and structure. The 'leaders' of the office look down their noses at you if you ever consider leaving the office at what might be deemed a reasonable time.

Never experienced such a demoralising work environment. - Management are assigned due to tenure and not merit - Most of management holds themselves as number 1 and make this clear - Unreasonable workloads due to 1 person being responsible for 2/3 different roles - Uncertainty at all times Its very clear everyone is working against each other. There is no growing of talent and further opportunities, If you can put up with the suffering you might eventually get a more senior position. Don’t fall for the money, go elsewhere.
