      My experience is that on multiple occasions their ambition exceeds their reach. I think they probably know what good service looks like, they just don't have the processes and checks in place to actually deliver it consistently

      Good culture, always putting new things in place, a company with its heart in the right place. Decent benefits, market pay, good business platform - great training, put a lot of money back into the properties.

      Cons

      Could be a touch better on employer contribution to benefits.

      Corporate team from Chicago

      Cons

      No support, lack of empathy, no work life balance, my manager rarely showed up for work, my manager did not lead by example, they never give raises, bonuses are horrible compared to other companies.
