      Pros

      None - no accountability, negative culture focused on finger pointing and avoiding progress. No bonus earned for corporate employees in several years (not a dime) - because the company continues to way underperform.

      Cons

      Toxic environment, further proven by HR’s desperate attempts to write 5-star reviews here that are clearly written by AI. Leadership is a joke here - you will not be supported and you will be set up to fail. Only the CEO’s favorites (like the head of E-commerce) can feel comfortable and psychologically safe. Everyone else is barely even a number - until the next layoff.
