Pros

Unfortunately there is no good reason to work here

Cons

Management are a joke. They are really abusive and don't know how to speak to people. There's a nasty blame culture that pleasure themselves by spending time studying cctv spying on staff for no reason other than cause trouble. When accidents happen they will go out their way to point fingers at the worker even when obviously the source of the accident has been caused by decisions made by management.

Pros

The only reason is the lovely customers.

Cons

Extremely bad leadership and management. Called into intimidating meetings a few times where I was shouted at by my manager for either speaking to my friend outside of work about the way I felt about my environment in there and for disclosing to another friend that I was looking for other job opportunities because of how negative it was. On one occasion profanity was used against me out of the blue by management openly in the office infront of three other management people who said/did nothing. When I was training and I made a small error I was shouted at infront of everyone and patronised because I wasn't learning the new system properly, I was there not even a week at the time. They talk openly in the office about other staff when they're absent (visiting customers or training) in a very negative way. You're never allowed to stand up for yourself or you're seen as a troublemaker, a promotion was actually held from me as I had asked a few times not to be spoken to in a rude manner or using profanity against me, I was told to keep my head down and they would review when they think I have been better and getting on with my job instead of letting things "get to me" . There is no room for further career advancement when the people making the decisions demoralise and think very little of anyone below their ranking. Constant negativity created by team leader, management and any other senior person. They patronise and speak down to support staff and new employees. I was spoken to rudely on a daily basis when I worked incredibly hard and to an excellent standard. This place drained me so much and the best part about it was my actual job but all of the love for that was lost due to the awful people in the office. I would never ever recommend anyone I know to work for them. They speak about mental health then treat people like dirt. The hypocrisy.

Pros

Location. Colleagues. That’s about it

Cons

Long hours, dated technology, broken promises regards training, more work than hours in the day. New director that couldn’t care less who he harms, as long as he makes more money with less resources than the outgoing director.
