If you’re in their “clique” you’ll be fine but otherwise you will feel like an outsider

bad HQ management, short-staffed at various points to save money, strict at times for no apparent reason

It does not have many benefits but it's compensated in salary.

Management is a little disorganzied and there is a lack of clear communication and expectations, turnover is high and there is some resitance to hiring new employees.

Can be an all encompassing lifestyle

I left after seeing no growth opportunities and feeling as though the environment was very toxic. From corporate down to each studio. Very happy I left.
