      Pros

      Work life balance. The leadership team understand life doesn't always bend around work and treats us like adults to manage our own time and productivity.

      Cons

      Smaller team/company means there's very little red tape but it also means we need to be very conscious of where we focus our efforts. There is a lot of tech debt and features that are not worked on due to resource constraint.

      Great company culture Leadership team that encourages and facilitates anonymous feedback, which is often actioned

      Cons

      Most of the work force are fully remote. This is great, and the company manages this well. But it's something to be aware of.
