Great Hours, no raises, and seniority means nothing.

Pros

Great hours, decent pay, and great benefits

Cons

The managerial staff does not hold employees to any job descriptions. If you are an Admin employee or Dispatcher, expect to never do what you are hired for and do everything that nobody else wants to do. Even if you have the correct data sitting in front of you your integrity will be held in question, at least for the main yard in Big Spring.

Antique technology, poor benefits, low pay, and good people

Pros

Good people. That’s about it.

Cons

1. Terrible benefits; no 401k, expensive health insurance with less coverage and HSA contribution, work from home or flexibility is non existent, no gym or gym reimbursement, the list goes on. 2. Lack of diversity. The old white Caucasian men run the show here. 3. Antique technology. Basic is two centuries behind, paystub were literally mailed out. Paper envelope paystubs in 2020! Before I left they were supposed to move to workday, what should’ve happened decades ago. Every single department is literally centuries behind in technology. 4. There’s no culture here. 5. They charged employees $50 for parking biweekly in addition to expensive benefits and low pay. 6, growth, what growth? No growth here. People don’t go up they go down in pay here in the form of furloughs higher healthcare and eliminated 401k. 7. The ceo, Keith, seems pretty nice. But Keith being nice doesn’t pay my bills. 8. Instability. All it takes is for oil price to go down then they start furloughed, reducing the already low pay with too many expensive deductions. You might be foreclosed on your home. People here don’t leave because they want to but because they have to.

Pros

There are only real pros if you are in a management postition they get: V.A.P Vehicle Assistance Program you have to have a pickup and can be no older than 5 years and they pay the payment. Miles Reimbursed if traveling Good Pay and salary at that

Cons

If you are not a manager everything I listed below does not apply. Low Pay for drivers especially No appreciation bo regard for your saftey Most trucks should not even legally be on the road Will have drivers do jobs that are entirely Illegal and would land the driver and company in hot water if any DPS trooper ever caught them. They take advantage of anyone that works for them that does't understand how workman comp functions and will make you take out your own PTO for on the job accidents even put one driver negative on his PTO balance beacuse he was exposed to COVID-19 on the job they made him quarantine and put him negative 80hrs on his PTO so now he owes them. The company is highly politicized, if you don't know someone and don't start sucking up to someone quick you will find out real quick that you don't matter The Company is not stable nor financially secure, They are coming out of bankruptcy and are still not able to regonize that the way they do things just does not realistically work and are unwilling to change. They will not give you a raise no matter how much more work they throw onto you, Every driver and Dispatcher and office person took a pay cut with Covid and they are laying off more and more people and our work load has only been increasing despite everything the oilfield work we had has only increased exponentially. Our drivers are forced to work 5 and 1 to keep up but hardly is there ever enough trucks up and running to accommodate everyone and they refuse to give us back our wages even tho we have been balls to the wall this whole time
