      Easy recruitment process. Because the company do not want to pay your salary.

      Cons

      Endless.... No salary, Bad intention of the owner, not at all recommended for any person who is looking for good career. 1. Fast entry in the system - Fastest exit, if you demand salary. 2. Around 500 employees are waiting for their salary of min two months to Max. 6 months. 3. The owner doesn't know how to speak publicly and professionally with his employees. 5. No concrete HR policies and no F&F. 6 Last but not the least, sit at home ideally and try for another good company but don't join this company.
