Pros
Lou has been awesome to work for. He goes to bat for his employees and make sure you have all the resources and knowledge to be successful. I have never had a boss who has cared more about my career or my goals then LOU!! We might be a small company but we hustle and give our clients 120 percent everyday. You have to in this business.
Cons
Small company so health benefits are only offered. Eventually, we will build a team hopefully to where Basima Tony can offer more for employees and career advancements. I hope to be that one building my own team one day and I can see that with Lou's vision.

- Lou is cool to work with and is honest with his expectations - Good opportunity to make money - Pretty flexible work. Not really any micromanaging.
Cons
- Super small company so hard to say what the growth looks like - Sometimes there's a little pressure when you haven't closed a deal in a while
