RecommendsNeutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Bath Spa University part-time for more than 5 years
Pros
Working with students and local employers is very rewarding. Students appreciate time and effort made on their behalf. Inspiring colleagues and strong team spirit.
Cons
Managers often have no training and limited experience. HR's internal training is poor quality. Worklife balance while promoted officially, is patchy department to department and dependent on experience and attitude of manager.
