Flexible schedules and supportive managers, but few shifts

Pros

Flexible schedules, really nice managers, a wide range of experience, understand that university comes first, really good for a student job to do alongside your studies, very low stakes, decent pay

Cons

Not too many shifts available, more shifts become available during summer once you have moved out for the year, when working in conjunctions with other programs or universities I've noticed things often jumble up more and can be more of a headache.
