Real problems in administration that appear to be ignored by the college management system. Poor leadership from Vice-Chancellor to Chancellor level. High turnover rate and low morale. Lack of funding is also a real issue. The college can not excel without resources.

Where to start? Human resources is a complete mess. You're greeted with rudeness if you ask questions about your own pay. (Ignoring employees concerns led to a mass over payment that had to be repaid). I worked there 5 years and only saw administrators in our area once (unless they were touring someone). It's nearly impossible to get a meeting with the administrator directly over your department. You have to go through your direct boss.... But if your boss is the issue then who do you go through? No communication between departments. The left hand never knows what the right is doing. Employees are so rude to students. It's very disheartening. Absolutely no raises given. Even with great evaluations. Wait, the chancellor receives yearly raises. But no one else. Seems fair right?
