Friendly and supportive colleagues at the operational/team level. Strong sense of camaraderie among frontline staff. Team members were willing to help each other and made difficult days more manageable. The people I worked alongside were the best part of the job.

Management lacked professionalism and treated staff disrespectfully. Culture felt like a "boys' club," with inconsistent treatment and limited inclusivity. Experienced bullying and poor management practices from my direct manager. Little support for employee development or career progression. Career growth opportunities were restricted, and internal progression felt blocked. Feedback and concerns were not handled constructively. Leadership did not foster a positive or supportive working environment. Decisions regarding promotions and development lacked transparency. Poor management culture contributed to low morale and high staff turnover
