      Pros

      The recruitment industry has a terrible reputation and retention rate (less than 30%!). Baumlink shows the industry can be a force for good and NO-ONE has ever left us to go to another recruiter! Viele (nur targets-focused) Unternehmen sollten sich ein Beispiel am kollegialen Umgang und den Support bei BAUMLINK nehmen!

      Cons

      Not all procedures and processes are in place, but this is more of an opportunity to shape the company, all the way up to 100 people and beyond!

      Pros

      Some of the best managers and peers I've worked alongside. Management puts high emphasis on uplifiting you to be great. Fantastic personal and professional development. Positive and fun company culture full of passionate and authentic employees. Good degree of autonomy.

      Cons

      Startup enviroment *can* create lack of disciplined structure across different aspects. Managemers sometimes spread thin, therefore unavailable when expected or needed.
